PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows;
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 45 feet of the Southerly
rectangular 315 feet of the following:
That portion of Lot 2 in Block K of the Kraemer Tract,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88
of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, Cali-
fornia, described as beginning at a point distant 38.10

in the Easterly line of said lot, said latter point
being 70 rods Southerly from the Northeasterly corner
of said lot; thence Southerly, parallel to the Easterly
line of said lot, 42 rods; thence Westerly parallel to

the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
