RESOLUTION NO, 65R -820
A RESOLD J;'ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR EAS FOR ELECTRICAL UNDER-
GROUND SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
irous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
r municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for electrical under
round services
WHEREAS, the owners of aid property have offered
to ell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and be -.t interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept aid offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

PARCEL ONE: An easement for electrical underground services
only over, under and across the Westerly 42 feet of the
Northerly 42 feet of the Southerly half of the Original
Building Lot 25, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4,
pages 629 and 630 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County,
California.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for electrical underground services
only over, under and across the Easterly 10 feet of the
Westerly 16 feet of the Southerly 44.3 feet of the Original
Building Lot 25, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4,
pages 629 and 630 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County,
California.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of November 19 65
