1965-814WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on December 3, 1963, adopt Resolution No. 63R -968 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 63- 64 -46, finding and determining
that the property and area therein described should be changed
from R -A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD
COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions set forth in
said resolution; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 1 of said resolution reads
as follows:
"1. That the existing 20 -foot alley to the south of
subject property shall be extended to Lincoln
Avenue, either on subject property or in con-
junction with the adjacent property to the east."
AND WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has re-
quested that said Condition No. 1 be amended to permit the
construction of a masonry wall on the south property line to
separate the alley from subject property; and
WHEREAS, after careful consideration of the matter,
the City Council finds that Condition No. 1 should be deleted
from Resolution No. 63R -968; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 63R -968 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 63 -64 -46 be, and the same is, hereby
amended by deleting therefrom Condition No. 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 63R -968 be, and remain, in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
