A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AIX ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO TES CITY of ARAHEIM CERTAIN BEAt
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for _municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
Qublic utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same o the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NO14 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of PAUL,RENN and HELEN C..
RENN, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of the o ow ng dscr a rea
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 53.00 feet (as measured
at right angles to the center line of Euclid Street)
of the following described parcel of land:
The North 59.00 feet of the South.158.00 feet of the
West 500.00 feet of the South half of the Northwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of Section 9, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as per
Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
