PARCEL ONE: An easement for drainage purposes only over,
under and across the Southerly 10 feet of Lot 31, Tract
3970, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 141, pages 41
through 43, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for drainage purposes only over,
under and across a strip of land 10 feet in width, the
Easterly line of said strip being described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of Lot 31, Tract 3970,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 141, pages 41 through 43,
inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California; thence North 19 50' 01" East, 129.67 feet to
the Northwest corner of Lot 32, of said Tract 3970.
The Westerly line of said 10 foot strip being shortened
or lengthened to coincide with the lot lines of said
Lot 31.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
