Johnson Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 10:07 a.m. MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meetings held October 9, October 16, October 23, October 30, and November 6, 1984. Agency Member Pickler seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $285,900.08 for the period ending December 21, 1984, $51,192.50 for the period ending December 28, 1984 and $808,257.64 for the period ending January 1, 1985, in accordance with the 1984-85 Budget, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by ~ Agency Member Overholt, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Councilman Pickler Offered Resolution Nos. ARA85-l and ARA85-2 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. 1. Receiving and filing the Financial Report dated November 30, 1984. 2. 161/123: Authorizing the Executive Director to execute a letter agreement with Eric Figge Productions, Incorporated in the amount of $1,750 for a photographic survey of the Church of His Holy Presence located at 325 West Broadway. 3. 161/123: RESOLUTION NO. ARA85-l: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COOPERATION AGREEMENT NO. 33 FOR RIGHT OF WAY AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS WITH THE CITY OF ANAHEIM. (Authorizing Cooperation Agreement No. 33 with the City in an amount not to exceed $1,600,000 for right of way and public improvements for Orangethorpe Avenue, Imperial Highway to Kraemer Boulevard) 4. 161/123: RESOLUTION NO. ARA85-2: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COOPERATION AGREEMENT NO. 34 FOR RIGHT OF WAY AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS WITH THE CITY OF ANAHEIM. (Authorizing Cooperation Agreement No. 34 with the City in an amount not to exceed $200,000 to construct a master planned storm drain in Miraloma Avenue from Blue Gum Street easterly) "1 I I 85-1 Anaheim Civic Center, ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY January 8, 1985, 9:30 A.M. - 161: MONTHLY STATUS REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER, 1984: Agency Member Bay referred to the subject report, Project No. 8 - Lincoln Railroad Grade separation which had been in progress for a number of years. He requested that staff set up a milestone chart on that project, planned actions and what had been accomplished today so that it could be tracked. Norm Priest, Executive Director of Community Development stated a report would be provided. He also stated that the City Engineer, Gary Johnson, had been making significant progress relative to the issue and deferred to him. Gary Johnson, City Engineer, stated he believed the project could be accelerated on the basis that new legislation that now allowed local agencies to fund grade separation projects and later be reimbursed for those costs. It was a breakthrough that would benefit the City. MOTION: Councilman Bay moved to receive and file the Monthly Status Report for the month of November, 1984. Agency Member Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Bay moved to adjourn. Agency Member Kaywood seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (10:11 a.m.) - LEONORA N.
