Priest ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF REDEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich ABSENT: PRESENT: Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 10:05 a.m. MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $121,836.79, in accordance with the 1984-85 Budget, were approved. 161/123: FINAL CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS - ANAHEIM CITY CENTER - MEYER INVESTMENT PROPERTIES, PARCELS 8 AND 9: Approving the final construction drawings for the proposed Anaheim City Center, Meyer Investment Properties (Parcels 8 and 9) for Parcel A, structure only, northeast corner of Harbor Boulevard and Broadway. Staff report submitted dated January 8, 1985 recommended approval. --r Mr. Norm Priest, Executive Director of Community Development, announced that Mr. Hans Mumper, Architect, and Allen Ralston, Executive Vice President, Meyer Properties, were present. With regard to the drawings, a change was being proposed to be explained by Mr. Mumper. The Redevelopment Commission had not seen the change and if the Agency wished, it could approve the drawings with that change subject to the Commission's review. Mr. Hans Mumper, Architect, Langdon, Wilson and Mumper, Architects, 3345 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, working from a rendering, explained that the design of the building and the materials remain the same, the only change would be a color change in the frame around the second story windows from a dark green to a dark granite and a change on the aluminum window frame from bronze anodized to a dark green color as shown in the samples. The changes were merely refinements and explained why they were being proposed and the beneficial affects of those refinements. Chairman Roth stated he saw no problem in approving the changes but if the Redevelopment Commission had a problem, staff could inform the Agency; Agency Member Overholt also felt the Commission should have an opportunity to see the changes and if there was a problem, staff should so inform the Agency. Mr. Priest stated the Agency would be provided with an action memorandum relative to the action taken by the Redevelopment Commission. --,. I I MOTION: Agency Member Bay moved to approve the final construction drawings for the proposed Anaheim City Center, Meyer Investment Properties (Parcels 8 85-3 q Anaheim Civic Center, ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY January 15, 1985, 9:30 A.M. - and 9) for Parcel A, structure only, northeast corner of Harbor Boulevard and Broadway with the two refinements as articulated by the architect with the Revelopment Commission to be so advised of those refinements. Agency Member Overholt seconded the motion. Agency Member Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED. 161/159: FILING AND POSTING OF PREVAILING RATES OF PER DIEM WAGES PERTAINING TO PUBLIC WORKS: Councilman Bay offered Resolution No. ARA85-3 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO. ARA85-3: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DIRECTING THE FILING AND POSTING OF PREVAILING RATES OF PER DIEM WAGES PERTAINING TO PUBLIC WORKS.
