Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:12 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held July 23, 1985. Agency Member Pickler seconded the motion.
Agency Member Bay abstained on the minutes since he was not present at that
meeting. MOTION CARRIED.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by
Agency Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161/123: Authorizing the eighth agreement with Wi11dan Associates, for
civil engineering services, in an amount not to exceed $500,000 for the term
July 1, 1985 to June 30, 1987.
2. 161/149: Approving the final Construction drawings and specifications for
the Anaheim City Center Parking structure, subject to certain conditions; and
authorizing the Executive Director to advertise a Call for Bids for the
project.

161/123: CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICE O'BRIEN-KREITZBERG & ASSOCIATES,
INC.: Norman Priest, Director of Community Development and Planning,
confirmed for Agency Member Kaywood that all paving material will be smooth
and will not cause any difficulty for pedestrians.
MOTION: Agency Member Kaywood moved to authorize an agreement with
O'Brien-Kreitzberg & Associates, Inc., at a cost not to exceed $200,000 to
provide construction management services for major capital improvements and
selected development projects, to be completed by June 30, 1986, as
recommended in memorandum dated July 29, 1985 from the Community Development
and Planning Department. Agency Member Pickler seconded the motion. MOTION
CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Roth moved to adjourn. Agency Member Pickler
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (10:13 a.m.)
