Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:02 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Pickler moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held October 29, 1985. Agency Member Bay seconded the motion. Agency
Member Kaywood was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY: The report on
financial demands was deferred to the next regular meeting.
RECESS - CLOSED SESSION: Chairman Roth announced that a Closed Session would
be held for the Agency to confer with its attorney regarding pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) to wit:
Orange County Superior Court Case Nos. 41-24-61 and 41-44-03, Dusek
vs. Anaheim Redevelopment Agency et a1.
Agency Member Pickler moved to recess into Closed Session. Agency Member
Overholt seconded the motion. Agency Member Kaywood was absent. MOTION
CARRIED. (10:03 a.m.)
AFTER RECESS: The Chairman called the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency meeting to
order, all Agency Members betng present. (Agency Member Kaywood arrived
during Closed Session). (10:33 a.m.)
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Bay moved to adjourn. Agency Member Kaywood
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (10:33 a.m.)
