Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:05 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held November 26, 1985. Agency Member Bay seconded the motion.
Agency Members Overholt and Pickler were absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$438,913.51, in accordance with the 1985-86 Budget, were approved.
Agency Members Overholt and Pickler entered the Council Chambers. (10:06 a.m.)
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Roth, seconded by Agency
Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161/128: Receiving and filing the Financial Statements dated October 31,
1985.
2. 161/158: Authorizing the payment of an amount not to exceed $15,500 for a
relocation claim, Case No. 0-848.
3. 161/177: Approving the Housing Policy Report, 1986 Annual Policy Report
for Issuing Qualified Mortgage Obligations (EID #95-6000666) as required under
Section 103A for submittal to the City Council.
Agency Member Bay stated he intended to vote his approval on this issue and
while he was not opposed to mortgage revenue bonds, he was not in agreement
with using Certificate of Participation as a financing method.
4. 161/155: Approving the Final Landscape Plans for Acquisition Parcels A
and PA, and Street Improvement Plans (Chestnut Street) for the Anaheim City
Center project.
End of Consent Calendar. MOTION CARRIED.
