Priest Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 9:58 a.m. MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held December 10, 1985 and December 17, 1985. Agency Member Bay seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $1,490,091.58 for the week ending December 20, 1985, $5,856.95 for the week ending December 27, 1985 and $739,915.31 for the week ending January 3, 1986, in accordance with the 1985 -86 Budget, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by Agency Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Pickler offered Resolution Nos. ARA86 -1 and ARA86 -2 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. 1. 161/128: Receiving and filing the Financial Statement dated November 30, 1985. 2. 161 /107: RESOLUTION N0. ARA86 -1: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION AND FURNISHING OF ALL PLANT, LABOR, SERVICES, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND ALL UTILITIES AND TRANSPORTATION ]INCLUDING POWER, FUEL AND WATER, AND THE PERFORMANCE OF ALL WORK NECESSARY TO COMPLETE A WORK OF IMPROVEMENT. (CONTRACT NO. D85 -4) (Viking Equipment Corporation, contractor, and authorizing the filing of Notice of Completion therefor) 3. 161/107: RESOLUTION NO. ARA86 -2: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING A SEALED PROPOSAL AND AWARDING A CONTRACT TO THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE BIDDER FOR DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE OF CERTAIN AGENCY PROPERTIES. (CONTRACT NO. D85 -5) (Viking Equipment Corporation, in the amount of $62,700, and if unable to furnish required bonding and insurance, award to next lowest bidder, Hintz Wrecking Company, Inc., in the amount of $68,225) End of Consent Calendar. MOTION CARRIED. 161/158: PUBLIC HEARING - SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY: To consider the proposed sale of personal property consisting of miscellaneous bar fixtures 86 -1 Anaheim Civic Center ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY January 7, 1986, 9:30 A.M. and equipment to R. J. Mailhot for $555, and authorizing the Executive Director to execute the necessary documents relating thereto. PUBLIC NOTICE REQUIREMENTS MET BY: Publication in Anaheim Bulletin December 9, 1985 and December 16, 1985. STAFF INPUT: See Report dated December 27, 1985 from the Community Development Department. Chairman Roth asked if anyone wished to speak regarding the subject proposed sale of personal property; no one was present to speak in favor or in opposition. Chairman Roth close the public hearing. MOTION: Agency Member Roth moved to approve the sale of certain agency owned personal property to R. J. Mailhot and authorizing and directing the Agency General Counsel to prepare the necessary documents for the sale to be executed by the Executive Director on behalf of the Agency. Agency Member Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Bay moved to adjourn. Agency Member Kaywood seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. LEONORA N. SOHL, SECRETARY 86-2
