MINUTES: Agency Member Bay moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held January 28, 1986. Agency Member Roth seconded the motion.
Agency Member Kaywood was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
97,257.47, in accordance with the 1985 -86 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Bay, seconded by Agency
Member Roth, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Bay offered Resolution No. ARA86 -9 for
adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. MOTION CARRIED.
1. 161: Receiving and filing the Monthly Status Report for the month of
January 1986.
Agency Member Overholt entered the Council Chambers. (10:03 a.m.)
2. 161 /159: RESOLUTION NO. ARA86 -9: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DIRECTING THE FILING AND POSTING OF PREVAILING RATES OF
PER DIEM WAGES PERTAINING TO PUBLIC WORKS.
