Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:14 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Pickler moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held April 29, 1986. Agency Member Overholt seconded the motion.
Agency Members Kaywood and Bay were absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$21,401.79, in accordance with the - Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by
Agency Member Overholt, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Pickler offered
Resolution No. ARA86 -11 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 161/158: Authorizing payment of an amount not to exceed $76,565 for a
business relocation claim, Case No. ARA 853 -TB.
2. 161 /107: RESOLUTION NO. ARA86 -11: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING A SEALED PROPOSAL AND AWARDING A CONTRACT TO
THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE BIDDER FOR DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE OF CERTAIN
AGENCY PROPERTIES. (Contract No. D86 -1). (Awarding a contract to the lowest
and best responsible bidder, Three D Service Company, in the amount of $86,200
for demolition and site clearance at various locations, and in the event the
required bonding and insurance is not furnished, authorizing award to the next
lowest bidder, John Hintz, in the amount of $93,700)
