Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:04 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Pickler moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held July 22 and July 29, 1986. Agency Member Bay seconded the
motion. Agency Member Kaywood was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$44 ,934.73, in accordance with the 1986 - 87 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by
Agency Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on
the Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Roth offered Resolution No.
ARA86 -21 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.

REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADOPTING PROCEDURES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CALIFORNIA
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT AND THE STATE CEQA GUIDELINES. (Adopting procedures
for implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act and the State
CEQA Guidelines, dated June 1986, and superseding prior CEQA Guidelines)
