Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 9:59 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held August 12, 1986. Agency Member Bay seconded the motion. Agency
Member Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
116,765.45, in accordance with the 1986 -87 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Roth, seconded by Agency
Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Roth offered Resolution No. ARA86 -24
for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 161/128: Receiving and filing the the Financial Statement dated July 31,
1986.
2. 161/158: Authorizing payment of an amount not to exceed $16,000 for a
relocation claim, Case No. 0 -855.
3. 161 /107: RESOLUTION NO. ARA86 -24: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING A SEALED PROPOSAL AND AWARDING A CONTRACT TO
THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE BIDDER FOR DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE OF CERTAIN
AGENCY PROPERTIES (Contract No. D86 -3). (Awarding a contract to the low
bidder Hintz Wrecking Co., Inc., in the amount of $91,000, for the demolition
and site clearance at various locations, and in the event required bonding and
insurance not furnished, awarding the contract to the next lowest bidder,
Three D Service Company, in the amount of $98,821)
