Priest ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 10:06 a.m. MINUTES: Agency Member Roth moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held September 23, 1986. Agency Member Bay seconded the motion. Agency Members Kaywood and Overholt were absent. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of 52,110.71, in accordance with the 1986 -87 Budget, were approved. Agency Member Kaywood entered the Council Chamber. (10:07 a.m.) CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by -� Agency Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda: 1. 161/107: Approving the substitution of Cobbledick Kibbe Co. as glass contractors for Anaheim City Center Parking Structure, Phase I, Contract No. C85 -3. 2. 161/123: Authorizing staff to proceed with solicitation of proposals for development of Parcel 5, northeast corner of Lincoln Avenue and Anaheim Boulevard (.909 acres). This item was continued from the meeting of September 30, 1986, to this date. Staff requested that this item be withdrawn. End of Consent Calendar. MOTION CARRIED. ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Bay moved to adjourn. Agency Member Kaywood seconded the motion. Agency Member Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED. (10:09 a.m.) 161/114: Chairman Roth announced a Quorum is not anticipated for the Redevelopment Agency meeting of October 21, 1986, due to League of California Cities Meeting. ANN M.
