Redevelopment Agency to order at 10:00 a.m. and adjourned due to lack of a
quorum to 11:00 a.m.

Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 11:02 a.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
113,930.19, in accordance with the 1986 -87 Budget, were approved.
161/158: PUBLIC HEARING - DISPOSITION OF TWO -STORY STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 1009
EAST LINCOLN AVENUE: To consider the disposition of a certain two -story
structure located at 1009 East Lincoln Avenue.
PUBLIC NOTICE REQUIREMENTS MET BY:
Publication in Anaheim Bulletin October 31 and November 3, 1986.
PLANNING STAFF INPUT:
See Staff Report dated November 10, 1986 from Tom Carruthers, Manager of
Restoration and Property Services, recommending approval of the residential
structure and the terms and conditions of an agreement with Sam Difilippo, and
authorizing the Chairman and Secretary to execute the agreement on behalf of
the Agency.
Chairman Roth asked if anyone wished to speak either in favor or in opposition
to the proposed sale; there was no response.

Chairman Roth closed the public hearing.
Agency Member Kaywood moved to authorize the sale and the agreement with Sam
Difilippo, in the amount of $150, to purchase the structure located at 1009
East Lincoln Avenue. Agency Member Bay seconded the motion. Agency Members
Overholt and Pickler were absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJO URNMENT: Agency Member Bay moved to adjourn. Agency Member Kaywood
seconded motion. Agency Members Overholt and Pickler were absent. MOTION
CARRIED. (11:03 a.m.)
