Chairman Pro Tem Kaywood called the regular meeting of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency to order at 10:07 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held November 12, 1986. Agency Member Pickler seconded the motion.
Agency Member Hunter abstained since he was not present at that meeting.
Agency Member Bay was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
723,513.64, in accordance with the 1986 -87 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Roth, seconded by Agency
Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161/128: Receiving and filing the Financial Statement for the period
ended October 31, 1986.
2. 161: Receiving and filing the Monthly Status Report for the month of
October 1986.
3. 161/158: Authorizing payment of an amount not to exceed $222,000 for a
business relocation claim, Case No. ARA 858 -TB.
4. 161/123: Authorizing the Executive Director to execute the Release of
Covenants Affecting Real Property and Final Certificate of Completion of
Construction and Development for property located at 4501 East La Palma Avenue.
5. 161/123: Authorizing the fourth amendment to the Agreement with Weiser,
Kane, Ballmer and Berkman, increasing the rates for legal services.
End of Consent Calendar. Agency Member Bay was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Pickler moved to adjourn. Agency Member Kaywood
seconded the motion. Agency Member Bay was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
