Agency was posted at 3:00 p.m. on July 17, 1987 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
ordez~ at 1:40 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
37,124.14, in accordance with the 1987-88 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Bay, seconded by Agency
"° Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161: Receiving and filing the Monthly Status Report for the month of
June, 1987.

161/121: CONDEMNATION HEARING: To consider the acquisition of property
generally located at 220 and 224 North Olive Street within the Redevelopment
Project Area, owned by Gray S. and Paula S. Kilmer. This matter was continued
from the meeting of June 30, 1987.
RECESS - CLOSED SESSION: At the request of Agency Counsel Jack White, the
Redevelopment Agency recessed into Closed Session on motion by Agency Member
Pickler, seconded by Agency Member Kaywood. MOTION CARRIED. (1:42 p.m.)
AFTER RECESS: Chairman Bay called the meeting to order, all Agency Members
being present. (1:46 p.m.)
Mr. Bay moved that the Condemation Hearing on proposed acquisition of property
generally located at 220 and 224 N. Olive Street within the Redevelopment
Project Area, owned by Gray S. and Paula S. Kilmer, and any action thereon, be
removed from the Agency agenda. Mr. Pickler seconded the moiion. MOTION
CARRIED.
