Priest Chairman Seymour called "the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 1:32 p.m. MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $82.26, in accordance with the 1981 -82 Budget, were approved. 161.107: CONTRACT AWARD FOR DEMOLIT AND SITE CLEARANCE - CONTRACT NO. D82 -2: Councilwoman Kaywood offered Resolution No. ARA82 -6 for adoption, accepting the low bid of E & G Contractors, Inc., in the amount of $4,987, for demolition and site clearance of property located at 608, 610 and 612 East Chartres Street - Contract No. D82 -2, as recommended in memorandum dated February 10, 1982, from the Executive Director of Community Development, �+ Norman Priest. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO. ARA82 -6: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING A SEALED PROPOSAL AND AWARDING A CONTRACT TO THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE BIDDER FOR DEMOLITION AND CLEARANCE OF CERTAIN AGENCY PROPERTIES. (D82 -2) Roll Call Vote: AYES: AGENCY MEMBERS: Overholt, Kaywood, Bay, Roth and Seymour NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: None The Chairman declared Resolution No. ARA82 -6 duly passed and adopted. 161.107: CONTRACT AWARD FOR DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE - CONTRACT NO. D82 -3: Councilwoman Kaywood offered Resolution No. ARA82 -7 for adoption, accepting the low bid of E & G Contractors, Inc., in the amount of $3,425, for demolition and site clearance of property located at 614 and 616 -61811 East Chartres Street - Contract No. D82 -3; and in the event low bidder fails to post required bonds or insurance, accept the second low bid of Hintz Wrecking Company, Inc., in the amount of $3,600, as recommended in memorandum dated February 10, 1982, from the Executive Director of Community Development, Norman Priest.
