Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 1:13 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
8,719'.34, in accordance with the 1981 -82 Budget, were approved.
161: DECLARATION OF ASSETS - PROJECT ALPHA: The Secretary reported that in
accordance with the requirements of Section 33130 of the Health and Safety
Code of the State of California, Agency Member Iry Pickler filed a written
declaration stating he had no real or personal property interests within the
boundaries of Redevelopment Project Alpha.
161.152: ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INTEREST BEARING SAVINGS ACCOUNT WITH SECURITY MOM
PACIFIC NATIONAL BANK - NEIGHBORHOOD PRESERVATION PROGRAM: Agency Member
Kaywood offered Resolution No. ARA82 -37 for adoption, authorizing the
establishment of a savings account with Security Pacific National Bank
pursuant to the Agency's Neighborhood Preservation Program, and authorizing
certain individuals to sign documents to withdraw funds from said account, as
recommended in memorandum dated June 29, 1982, from the Executive Director of
Community Development, Norman Priest. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. ARA82 -37: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SAVINGS ACCOUNT WITH SECURITY PACIFIC
NATIONAL BANK, AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS TO AUTHORIZE THE
WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS FROM SAID ACCOUNT.

The Chairman declared Resolution No. ARA82 -37 duly passed and adopted.
REQUEST FOR CLOSED SESSION: General Counsel William P. Hopkins and Mr. Priest
requested a Closed Session to discuss litigation with action anticipated.
Agency Member Overholt moved to recess into Closed Session. Agency Member
Kaywood seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (1:14 p.m.)

AFTER CLOSED SESSION: Chairman Roth called the meeting to order, all Agency
Members being present. (1:29 p.m.)
161.112: ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY VS. RON WILKINSON, ET AL: Agency
Member Roth moved to authorize the Agency General Counsel to settle Orange
County Superior Court Case No. 34- 67 -69, Anaheim Redevelopment Agency vs. Ron
Wilkinson, et al, for the sum of $10,000. Agency Member Kaywood seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Bay moved to adjourn. Agency Member Kaywood
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (1:30 p.m.)
