Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 1:16 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
68,421.90, in accordance with the 1982 -83 Budget, were approved.
161.123: FIFTH AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH WILLDAN ASSOCIATES:
Agency Member Bay moved to authorize a Fifth Agreement with Willdan Associates
for engineering services in an amount not to exceed $120,000, terminating
June 30, 1983, as recommended in memorandum dated July 19, 1982, from the
Executive Director of Community Development, Norman Priest. Agency Member
Kaywood seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Kaywood moved to adjourn. Agency Member Overholt
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (1:17 p.m.)
