Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim-Redevelopment Agency
to order at 1:07 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
5,861.57 and 10,000 for Series "B" Bonds, in accordance with the 1982 -83
Budget, were approved.
161.123/137: BANK OF AME FISCAL SERVICES IN CON NECTION WITH THE SERIES
"C" BOND ISSUE: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by Agency Member
Bay, an agreement was authorized with the Bank of America National Trust and
Savings Association to provide fiscal services in connection with the Series
"C" Bond Issue, in accordance with the recommendation of the Executive
Director in his report dated August 10, 1982, and as listed on the Consent
Calendar. Agency Member Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Pickler moved to adjourn. Agency Member Bay
seconded the motion. Agency Member Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
