Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 9:55 a.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGA THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
76,528.31, in accordance with the 1982 -83 Budget, were approved.
161.158: CONSENT CALENDAR ITEM: Agency Member Roth offered Resolution No.
ARA82 -46 for adoption in accordance with the report and recommendation
furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.

RESOLUTION NO. ARA82 -46: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
..� AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
(northeast corner of Anaheim Boulevard and Old Lincoln Avenue and northeast
corner of Claudina Street and Old Lincoln Avenue, Parcels 4a and lla,
respectively, to facilitate street improvements of Anaheim Boulevard, Lincoln
Avenue, Old Lincoln Avenue, and Claudina Street, and authorizing execution of
quitclaim deeds therefor)
