Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 9:53 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Bay moved to approve the minutes of the meeting held
July 27; 1982. Agency Member Kaywood seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
11,926.58 and $39.75 for Series "B" Bonds, in accordance with the 1982 -83
Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: The following items were offered for adoption in
accordance with the reports, recommendations and certifications furnished each
Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda on motion, and by
resolution, by Agency Member Bay; Agency Member Overholt seconded the motion:
1. 161.157: Authorizing the Executive Director to execute and issue a
Certificate of Completion to Pacific Southwest Realty Company, Developer of
the Security Pacific Bank located at the southeast corner of Harbor Boulevard
and Lincoln Avenue.
2. 161.123: Authorizing a Fourth Agreement with Cecil E. Ricks, Jr., and the
Project Area Committee in an amount not to exceed $6,000, for legal services
in connection with Project Alpha, terminating June 30, 1983.
3. 161.152: Agency Member Bay offered Resolution No. ARA82 -47 for adoption
authorizing certain individuals to make withdrawals from the savings account
established with Security Pacific National Bank in connection with the
Neighborhood Preservation Program. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. ARA82 -47: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AUTHORIZING CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS TO AUTHORIZE THE WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS. (Norman
J. Priest, Robert G. Lyons, E. Earle Brewer, Patricia C. Whitaker and John
Buchanan)
