Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 9:57 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve.the minutes of the regular
meetings held July 13, July 20, August 3 and August 10, 1982. Agency Member
Bay seconded the motion. Agency Member Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
64,693.99, in accordance with the 1982 -83 Budget, were approved.
161.107: VIKING EQUIPMENT CORPORATION, D82 -13: Agency Member Kaywood offered
Resolution No. ARA82 -48 for adoption, in accordance with the recommendation
furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda,
accepting the low bid of Viking Equipment Corporation at a cost to the Agency
of $11,900 for demolition and site clearance on properties located at
249 - 259 -1/2, 110 -114, 120 -122, 124 -126, 130 and 132 East Old Lincoln Avenue
and 310 West Cypress Street; and in the event low bidder fails to post
required bonds or insurance, accept the second low bid of G. W. Rowe at a cost
to the Agency of $18,636.
RESOLUTION NO. ARA82 -48: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
ACCEPTING A SEALED PROPOSAL AND AWARDING A CONTRACT TO THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE
BIDDER FOR DEMOLITION AND CLEARANCE OF CERTAIN AGENCY PROPERTIES. (D82 -13)
