Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 9:46 a.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$61,159.27, in accordance with the 1982 -83 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Kaywood, seconded by
Agency Member Roth, the following items were approved in accordance with the
reports, certifications and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and
as listed on the Consent Calendar; Agency Member Kaywood offered Resolution
Nos. ARA82 -56 and ARA82 -57 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 161/128: Receiving and filing the Financial Statements dated
September 30, 1982.
2. 161/157: Receiving and filing the Monthly Status Report for the month of
September 1982.
3. 161.158: RESOLUTION NO. ARA82 -56: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM. (located on the north side of Lincoln Avenue between
Clementine Street and Anaheim Boulevard)
4. 161.158: RESOLUTION NO. ARA82 -57: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING THE HIGHEST RESPECTIVE BIDS FOR PURCHASE OF
FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT, AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE BILLS
THERETO, ON BEHALF OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY. (Lot No. 1, Tom
Buttera $76; Lot No. 2, Chico & Associates $5,101; Lot No. 3, Arley Beeson,
$1,466; and Lot No. 4, Jim Ort, $51; Sale No. 82 -1)
