Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 9:43 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held December 7, 1982. Agency Member Bay seconded the motion. Agency
Member Overholt abstained since he was not present. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
5,821.86 and $18,178.40 for Series "C" Bonds, in accordance with the 1982 -83
Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Kaywood, seconded by
Agency Member Overholt, the following items were approved in accordance with
the reports, certifications and recommendations furnished each Agency Member
and as listed on the Consent Calendar; Agency Member Kaywood offered
Resolution No. ARA83 -1 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 161.128: Receiving and filing the Financial Statements dated November 30,
1982.
2. 161.118: Receiving and filing the Relocation claims pending ninety or
more days - -none pending.
3. 161.123: Authorizing a relocation and rental agreement with Dirk R. Bode
Insurance Associates, Case No. 653 -OB, at a monthly rate of $400 for a term of
12 months, for a temporary relocation facility to be located at the northwest
corner of Old Lincoln Avenue and Claudina Street (Parcel 4a).
4. 161.118: Authorizing payment of a relocation claim in an amount not to
exceed $50,000 in Case No. 653 -OB.
5. 161.123: Authorizing a lease agreement with PBS Building Systems, Inc.,
for lease of three modules at a cost of $1,379.06 per month for a maximum of
eighteen months, to provide a temporary business facility at the northwest
corner of "Old" Lincoln Avenue and Claudina Street.
6. 161.123: Authorizing a relocation and rental agreement with Don Lee, dba
Jackson Drug Co., Inc., Case No. 634 -TB, at a monthly rate of $700 for a term
of twelve months, to provide a temporary business relocation facility to be
located at the northwest corner of "Old" Lincoln Avenue and Claudina Street.
7. 161.118: Authorizing payment of a relocation claim in an amount not to
exceed $55,000 in Case No. 634 -TB.

8. 161.123: Authorizing a lease agreement with PBS Building Systems, Inc.,

eighteen months, to provide a temporary business relocation facility at the
northwest corner of "Old" Lincoln Avenue and Claudina Street.
161.158: RESOLUTION NO. ARA82 -1: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. ARA82 -10. (determining the public need and
necessity for acquiring real property located on the west side of Claudina
Street, north of realigned Lincoln Avenue)
