Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:03 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held February 8, 1983. Agency Member Bay seconded the motion. MOTION
CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
12,976.59 and 191,193.15 for Series "C" Bonds for the period ending March 4,
1983, and $9,964.56 and $102,370 for Series "C" Bonds for the period ending
March 11, 1983, in accordance with the 1982 -83 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Roth, seconded by Agency
Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161.118: Receiving and filing the report on Relocation Claims Pending
ninety or more days - -none pending.
2. 161.123: Authorizing the Second Amendment to an agreement with Weiser,
Kane, Ballmer and Berkman, for legal services, to incorporate a partnership
addition and to include a Senior Associate at $100 per hour.
3. 161.123: Authorizing an amendment to an agreement with Group Forum
Associates, increasing the contract price by $14,000, for landscape design and
graphics and signage in connection with the design of a public parking
structure to be located north of the Civic Center on Old Lincoln Avenue.
4. 161.123: Authorizing an amendment to an agreement with Willdan Associates
for civil engineering services, increasing the maximum compensation by $50,000
for design of the Olive Street Storm Drain and public improvements and
completion of design work budgeted for fiscal year 1982/83.
5. 161.107: Authorizing Change Order No. 1 to the contract with Viking
Equipment Corporation in the amount of $1,044.90, to install seal on wall of
building at 279 East Old Lincoln Avenue, bringing the original contract price
to $12,944.90, in connection with Contract No. D82 -13.
