Roberts EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Norman J. Priest Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 10:10 a.m. MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meetings held March 1 and 8, 1983. Agency Member Roth seconded the motion. Agency Member Kaywood abstained on the minutes of March 1, 1983, since she was absent. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of 1,570.35, in accordance with the 1982 -83 Budget, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Kaywood, seconded by Agency Member Overholt, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda: 1. 161.158: Authorizing an additional payment of $3,469.42 for a relocation claim, Case No. 207 -TB. 2. 161: Receiving and filing the Monthly Status Report for the month of February 1983. 3. 161.123: Approving the assignment of a Disposition and Development Agreement for development of Parcel 4b located at the southeast corner of Anaheim Boulevard and "Old" Lincoln Avenue from the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce Building Incorporated to the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce Building Limited Partnership;. and approving the First Implementation Agreement with the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce Limited Partnership and Obie Moore for site conveyance purposes. 4. 161.170: Approving Parcel Map 83 -227 submitted by the Santa Fe Land Improvement Company to accommodate second phase improvements on property located on the north side of La Palma Avenue between Hancock Place and Kellogg Drive.
