Roberts EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Norman J. Priest Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 10:02 a.m. MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meetings held March 22, April 19 and April 26, 1983. Agency Member Bay seconded the motion. Agency Members Pickler and Roth abstained on the minutes of the meeting of April 19, 1983, since they were not present. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of 13,299.95, in accordance with the 1982 -83 Budget, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEM: Agency Member Roth offered Resolution No. ARA83 -19 for adoption in accordance with the report, recommendation and certification furnished each Agency Member. Refer to Resolution Book. 161.107: RESOLUTION NO. ARA83 -19: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION AND FURNISHING OF ALL PLANT, LABOR, SERVICES, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND ALL UTILITIES AND TRANSPORTATION INCLUDING POWER, FUEL AND WATER, AND THE PERFORMANCE OF ALL WORK NECESSARY TO COMPLETE A WORK OF IMPROVEMENT. (Contract No. D82 -18, basement wall strengthening work for the E1 Camino Building, 76 South Claudina Street, Stones Construction Co., contractor) Roll Call Vote: AYES: AGENCY MEMBERS: Kaywood, Pickler, Overholt, Bay and Roth NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: None The Chairman declared Resolution No. ARA83 -19 duly passed and adopted. 161.123: STATUS REPORT - DEVELOPMENT OF PARCELS 8 AND 9 - MEYER INVESTMENT PROPERTIES: Agency Member Iry Pickler asked for a status report, today or in the future, on the subject parcels. Executive Director of Community Development Norman Priest reported that they had received Meyer Investment's initial concepts and responded to those. At present, they had in hand their physical design and they were working with Traffic on that design. They were finishing up the disposition and development document itself and currently were working with Meyer on the pricing formula for the properties, since it would be a multi- phased project over a period of time, involving the development of commercial buildings, 83 -34 Anaheim Civic Center, ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY May 10, 1983, 9:30 A.M. ' consideration of residential buildings, and parking. The design was substantially the same as previously presented to the Agency. They were only slightly behind schedule and he anticipated having an agreement before the Agency within the original schedule. ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Roth moved to adjourn.
