Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 9:58 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held May 14 and May 24, 1983. Agency Member Pickler seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
55,087.77, in accordance with the 1982 -83 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by
Agency Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161.123: Approving the Third Implementation Agreement to a Disposition
and Development Agreement with Watt Commercial Properties for Anaheim Towne
Center, to provide a schedule of performance and scope of development for
Parcel 6 located at the southeast corner of Clementine Street and Lincoln
Avenue.
2. 161.123: Approving the preliminary construction drawings for a 6,500 -
square foot office building to be located on the southwest corner of Chestnut
Street and Harbor Boulevard; Amil Shab, Developer.
MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Bay moved to adjourn. Agency Member Kaywood
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (9:59 a.m.)
