Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:03 a.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
517,750.85 and 123,730 for Series "C" Bonds, in accordance with the 1982 -83
Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Kaywood, seconded by
Authority Member Roth, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Kaywood offered
Resolution No. ARA83 -25 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 161.107: Authorizing Change Order No. 1 to the contract with Grissom and
Johnson, Inc., in the amount of $2,632.56, for installation of 3 -inch
electrical service from vault on Claudina Street to pull box at northwest
corner of temporary modules in connection with Contract D83 -2.
2. 161.107: RESOLUTION NO. ARA83 -25: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION AND FURNISHING OF ALL PLANT,
LABOR, SERVICES, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND ALL UTILITIES AND TRANSPORTATION
INCLUDING POWER, FUEL AND WATER, AND THE PERFORMANCE OF ALL WORK NECESSARY TO
COMPLETE A WORK OF IMPROVEMENT. (Contract No. D83 -2, installation of
underground electrical distribution system along Old Lincoln Avenue between
Anaheim Boulevard and Claudina Street, and on Claudina Street between Old
Lincoln Avenue and the alley north of Old Lincoln Avenue, Grissom & Johnson,
Inc., contractor)
