Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:00 a.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
14,951.20 and $87,144.76 for Series "C" Bonds, in accordance with the 1983 -84
Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Kaywood, seconded by
Agency Member Bay, the following action was authorized in accordance with the
report and recommendation furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161.123: Authorizing the First Amendment to the Second Agreement with
_._. Donahue & Company, Incorporated in an amount not to exceed $35,000 relating to
compensation for appraisal services.
Agency Members Pickler and Overholt were absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Bay moved to adjourn. Agency Member Kaywood
seconded the motion. Agency Members Pickler and Overholt were absent. MOTION
