Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:03 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held July 19, 1983. Agency Member Pickler seconded the motion.
Agency Member Bay was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
77,271.18, in accordance with the 1983 -84 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Kaywood, seconded by
Agency Member Roth, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on
the Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Kaywood offered Resolution Nos.
ARA83 -28 through ARA83 -30, both inclusive, for adoption. Refer to Resolution
Book.
1. 161.158: RESOLUTION NO. ARA83 -28: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM. (to facilitate street improvements on Harbor Boulevard and
Chestnut Street)
2. 161.107: RESOLUTION NO. ARA83 -29: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION AND FURNISHING OF ALL PLANT,
LABOR, SERVICES, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND ALL UTILITIES AND TRANSPORTATION
INCLUDING ALL WORK NECESSARY TO COMPLETE A WORK OF IMPROVEMENT. (Contract No.
D82 -4, Viking Equipment Corporation, contractor)
3. 161.107: Authorizing Change Order No. 1 Amended to the contract with
Martin Resnick Construction in the amount of $8,168, to correct an error on
CCO No. 1, in connection with Contract No. D82 -7.
4. 161.107: RESOLUTION NO. ARA83 -30: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION._AND FURNISHING OF ALL PLANT,
LABOR, SERVICES, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND ALL UTILITIES AND TRANSPORTATION
INCLUDING POWER, FUEL AND WATER, AND THE PERFORMANCE OF ALL WORK NECESSARY TO
COMPLETE A WORK OF IMPROVEMENT. (Contract No. D82 -7, Martin Resnick
Construction, contractor)
