Chairman Pro Tem Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order at 10:09 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held July 26, 1983. Agency Member Bay seconded the motion. Agency
Member Pickler abstained, since he was not present at the meeting of July 26,
1983. Agency Members Overholt and Roth were absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
35,910.26 and 7,638.74 for Series "C" Bonds, in accordance with the 1983 -84
Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Kaywood, seconded by
Agency Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on
the Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Kaywood offered Resolution Nos.
ARA83 -31 and ARA83 -32 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 161.128: Receiving and filing the Financial Statements dated July 31,
1983.
2. 161: Receiving and filing the Monthly Status Report for the month of July
1983.
161.107: RESOLUTION NO. ARA83 -31: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION AND FURNISHING OF ALL PLANT, LABOR, SERVICES,
MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND ALL UTILITIES AND TRANSPORTATION INCLUDING POWER,
FUEL AND WATER, AND THE PERFORMANCE OF ALL WORK NECESSARY TO COMPLETE A WORK
OF IMPROVEMENT. (Contract No. D82 -13, Viking Equipment Corporation,
contractor)
161.152/161.158: RESOLUTION NO. ARA83 -32: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR PROCESSING REQUESTS TO PURCHASE
AGENCY PERSONAL PROPERTY. ($50)
