Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:00 a.m.
MINUTES:• Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held October 11 and October 18, 1983. Agency Member Pickler seconded
the motion. Agency Members Overholt and Bay were absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
41,853.65 and 642,629.80 for Series "C" Bonds, in accordance with the
1983 -84 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Kaywood, seconded by
Agency Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Kaywood offered
Resolution No. ARA83 -43 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 161.128: Receiving and filing the Financial Statements dated
September 30, 1983.
2. 161.158: RESOLUTION NO. ARA83 -43: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING THE BID OF DR. RICHARD GROSE FOR THE PURCHASE
OF FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT, AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A
BILL OF SALE THERETO ON BEHALF OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY. (Sale
83 -1)

MOTION CARRIED. The Chairman declared Resolution No. ARA83 -43 duly passed and
adopted.
161.158: PUBLIC HEARING - SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY: To consider the
proposed sale of personal property consisting of projection equipment and a
telephone answering machine to Chris G. Spanoudis for $1,000, and to authorize
the Executive Director to execute the necessary documents relating thereto.
Submitted was a report dated October 27, 1983, from the Executive Director of
Community Development, Norman Priest, recommending approval of the proposed
sale.

Chairman Roth asked to hear from anyone who wished to speak, either in favor
or in opposition, to the proposed sale; there being no response, he closed the
public hearing.
MOTION: Agency Member Pickler moved to approve the sale of certain
Agency -owned personal property to Mr. Chris G. Spanoudis, and to authorize and
direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare the necessary documents for the
sale, to be executed by the Executive Director of the Agency on behalf of the
Agency. Agency Member Kaywood seconded the motion. Agency Members Overholt
and Bay were absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Pickler moved to adjourn. Agency Member Kaywood
seconded the motion. Agency Members Overholt and Bay were absent. MOTION
