Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:05 a.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
13,273.89 and $298,939.50 for Series "C" Bonds, in accordance with the
1983 -84 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEM: On motion by Agency Member Kaywood, seconded by Agency
Member Bay, the following action was authorized in accordance with the report
and recommendation furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent
Calendar Agenda:
1. 161.123: Approving the First Implementation Agreement to the Owner
Participation Agreement with Ronald F. and Sarah K. Waltz, to provide for a .on
direct Agency loan in the amount of $9,070 for completion and required
additional work for the rehabilitation of property located within Project
Alpha at 225 North Rose Street (A.P. No. 035 - 233 -26).
Agency Members Overholt and Pickler were absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Bay moved to adjourn. Agency Member Kaywood
seconded the motion. Agency Members Overholt and Pickler were absent. MOTION
