Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 9:55 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held January 10, 1984. Agency Member Pickler seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
26,000.76 and $129,394.00 for Series "C" Bonds, in accordance with the
1983 -84 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Kaywood, seconded by
Agency Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Kaywood offered
Resolution No. ARA84 -7 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 161: Receiving and filing the Monthly Status Report for the month of
December 1983.
2. 161.128: Receiving and filing the Financial Report dated December 31,
1983.
3. 161.107: RESOLUTION NO. ARA84 -7: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION AND FURNISHING OF ALL PLANT,
LABOR, SERVICES, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND ALL UTILITIES AND TRANSPORTATION
INCLUDING POWER, FUEL AND WATER, AND THE PERFORMANCE OF ALL WORK NECESSARY TO
COMPLETE A WORK OF IMPROVEMENT. (Contract No. D83 -5, demolition work at 605,
605A, 605B, 617, 805, 520 and 512 East Lincoln Avenue, 328 and 316 West
Lincoln Avenue, 244, 246, 250, 300, 304, 308, and 310 East Old Lincoln Avenue
and 210 South Clementine Street, Hintz Wrecking Co., Inc., contractor)

REQUEST FOR CLOSED SESSION: City Attorney William Hopkins requested a Closed
Session to discuss litigation with no action anticipated.
Agency Member Roth moved to recess into Closed Session. Agency Member Pickler
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (9:57 a.m.)
AFTER RECESS: The Chairman called the meeting to order, all Agency Members
being present. (10:08 a.m.)
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Roth moved to adjourn. Agency Member Bay seconded
