Agency Member Bay referred to the subject and questioned staff on whether or not there had been a policy change relative to the procedure for handling move -ons. To him, it was a precedent due to the fact that the Agency was acquiring the house. Norman Priest, Executive Director of Community Development, answered that there was no policy change and it was the same procedure as used in the past. This involved an owner who would move the house and restore it at her expense. The Agency would assist her in packaging financing, but the Agency was not moving and restoring the house. Presently, the Agency owned the house and as such, was requesting the move -on. ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Roth moved to adjourn. Agency Member Pickler seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
