Roberts EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Norman J. Priest Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 10:05 a.m. MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held February 14, 1984. Agency Member Bay seconded the motion. Agency Member Overholt abstained, because he was absent from that meeting. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of 16,286.58, in accordance with the 1983 -84 Budget, were approved. 161.123: AMENDMENT TO THE FIRST AMENDED AGREEMENT WITH PLACENTIA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT: Approving an amendment to the First Amended Agreement with Placentia Unified School District, adding the Ruby Drive Elementary School proposed improvements in the amount of $700,000 to Exhibit A of said agreement, relating to Redevelopment eligibility funding. Submitted was a report from the Executive Director of Community Development, Norman Priest, recommending approval of the amendment. Secretary Linda Roberts announced that staff requested that the item be removed from today's agenda and rescheduled for Tuesday, March 13, 1984. The Agency took no action on the matter at this time. Before concluding, Chairman Roth announced that due to the fact that several members of the Agency would be attending the National League of Cities Conference in Washington, D.C., from March 3 through March 6, 1984, that a quorum was not anticipated for March 6, 1984, and, therefore, that meeting would be adjourned to the next regular meeting to be held March 13, 1984, at 9:30 a.m. ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Kaywood moved to adjourn.
