Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:00 a.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
168,814.29 and $152,830.64 Series "C' Bonds, in accordance with the 1983 -84
Budget, were approved.
161/121: CONDEMNATION HEARING: To consider the acquistion of property owned
by Chandulal K. Patel, generally located at 261 -279 East Old Lincoln Avenue.
Submitted was a report from the Community Development Department dated May 24,
1984.
Chairman Roth asked if anyone wished to speak relative to the subject proposed
condemnation. There was no response.
Agency Member Roth offered Resolution No. ARA84 -16 for adoption finding and
determining the public interest and necessity for acquiring and authorizing
the condemnation of certain real property within the Redevelopment Project
Alpha area and authorizing the Law Firm of Oliver, Stoever & Laskin, Special
Counsel to the Agency to proceed with said condemnation action. Refer to
Resolution Book.

FINDING AND DETERMINING THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND NECESSITY OF ACQUIRING AND
AUTHORIZING THE CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT AREA. (PATEL)
