Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:05 a.m.
MINUTES Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held April 3, 1984. Agency Member Roth seconded the motion. MOTION
CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
48,562.01 and 1,281,719.92 for Series "C" Bonds, in accordance with the
1983 -84 Budget, were approved.
161: MONTHLY STATUS REPORT - MAY 1984: At the request of Agency Member Bay,
Executive Director of Community Development, Norm Priest gave a status report
on Master Agreement, Project No. 8, Lincoln Avenue Realignment from Olive
Street to East Street, questions were also answered by the Acting City
Engineer, Art Daw and Traffic Engineer Paul Singer.
MOTION: Agency Member Bay moved to receive and file the Monthly Status Report
for May 1984. Agency Member Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRED.
161.158: PAYMENT OF RELOCATION COSTS - CASE NO. 0 -708: Agency Member Kaywood
moved to authorize payment of relocation costs in the amount of $15,500 in
connection with Relocation Case No 0 -708. Agency Member Roth seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Bay moved to adjourn. Agency Member Roth seconded
the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (10:13 A.M.)
