Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:00 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting May 22, 1984. Agency Member Pickler seconded the motion. MOTION
CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
11 ,5 , in accordance with the 1984 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by
Agency Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Pickler offered
Resolution No. ARA84 -20 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 161.123: RESOLUTION NO. ARA84 -20: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS OF THE FIRST IMPLEMENTATION AGREEMENT
WITH URO INVESTMENTS.
2. 161/123: Accepting a Partial Certificate of Completion for improvement to
the Samuel Kraemer Building (E1 Camino Bank Building), 76 South Claudina
Street, Parcel 1 of Development Parcel lla, URO Investments, developer;
authorizing the Executive Director to execute and file a Certificate of
Partial Completion therefor.
3. 161/123: Accepting the completion of improvements for construction of the
Masonic Building located on Parcel 3 in Redevelopment Project Alpha, Masonic
Building Association of Anaheim, developer; authorizing the Executive Director
to execute said Notice of Completion therefor; and authorizing release of an
$850,000 completion bond.
4. 161: Receiving and filing the Monthly Status Report for the month of
June 1984.
