Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:04 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held May 29, 1984. Agency Member Bay seconded the motion. Agency
Member Roth abstained since he was not present at that meeting. MOTION
CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
42,580.60, in accordance with the 1984 -85 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by
Agency Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161/128: Receiving and filing the Financial Reports dated June 30, 1984.
2. 161/123: Authorizing the seventh agreement with Willdan Associates, for
civil engineering services, in an amount not to exceed $250,000, for a
one -year term ending June 30, 1985.
3. 161/177: Authorizing a Tool Equipment Rental Assistance Program in an
amount not to exceed $2,500, funding up to $100 for each home improvement,
with a maximum of $500 per property. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Roth moved to adjourn. Agency Member Pickler
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (10:06 a.m.)
