Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 9:58 a.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the nest regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
T2 - 5 - 6 - 7 - W.59, in accordance with the 1984-85 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Kaywood, seconded by
Agency Member Pic er, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Kaywood offered
Resolution No. ARA84 -21 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 161 /158: RESOLUTION NO. ARA84 -21: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM. (Northeast corner of Harbor Boulevard and Broadway Street
for street improvements)

The Mayor declared Resolution No. ARA84 -21 duly passed and adopted.
2. 161/123: Authorizing Addendum No. 1 to a lease agreement with PBS
Building Systems, Inc., for lease of three modules for a term ending
January 31, 1985, with options for three one -month extensions, to provide a
temporary business facility at 50 and 90 South Anaheim Boulevard at a cost of
$1,431 and $1,792 per month respectively.
3. 161/123: Authorizing the first extension of relocation and rental
agreements with Dr. Donald Lee, dba Jackson Drug Company, Inc.; and Dirk R.
Bode Insurance Associates, for certain temporary facilities located at 90
South Anaheim Boulevard and 50 South Anaheim Boulevard, respectively,
extending the terms to January 31, 1985 with options for three one -month
extensions.
