Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:19 a.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the nest regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
391,984.08, in accordance with the 1984 -85 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Kaywood, seconded by
Agency Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161/123: Authorizing the Third Amendment to an agreement with Weiser,
Kane, Ballmer and Berkman, for legal services, to increase the Partners
category rate to $120 per hour and include a Redevelopment Specialist at $70
per hour.
2. 161/123: Authorizin an agreement with Keyser Marston Associates, Inc.,
at a cost not to exceed $46,000 for land disposition consulting services, for
term July 1, 1984 thru June 30, 1985. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Bay moved to adjourn. Agency Member Pickler
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (10:20 a.m.)
