Sohl EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Norman J. Priest ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF REDEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 10:03 a.m. MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of 6,637.72, in accordance with the 1984 -85 Budget, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Roth, seconded by Agency Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda: 1. 161/123: Approving the foundation plans submitted by Meyer Investment Properties for an office building on property located at the northeast corner of Harbor Boulevard and Broadway. 2. 161/158: Authorizing relocation claim costs in Case No. 0 -710 in an amount not to exceed $15,500. 3. 161/158: Authorizing relocation claim costs in Case No. 0 -711 in the amount of $15,500. 4. 161/123: Authorizing the second amendment to an agreement with Cedric A. White, M.A.I., for appraisal services, increasing the hourly fees for appraisal services and report to $85.00 per hour, for associate fees to $65.00 per hour and for appearing in judicial proceedings to $85.00 per hour. 5. 161: Authorizing the filing of a protest with the State Historic Resources Commission regarding the proposed boundaries for the "Kroeger- Melrose Historic District "; and recommending a revised boundary in compliance with Agency Boundaries of Area IV.
