Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:05 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held August 7, August 14 and August 21, 1984. Agency Member Bay
seconded the motion. Agency Member Overholt abstained on the minutes of
August 14, 1984 since he was not present at that meeting. Agency Member
Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
246,551.18, in accordance with the 1984 -85 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Kaywood, seconded by
Agency Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on -'"
the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161/123: Authorizing the Third Amendment to an agreement with Oliver,
Stoever & Laskin increasing the time spent in court rate to $800 per day and
the hourly rate for all other services to $110, filing a new case to $650 and
Order for Prejudgment Possession to $350 as Special Counsel in the
acquisition of real property.
2. 161/158: Authorizing relocation claim costs in Case No. 0 -712 in an
amount not to exceed $15,500.
3. 161/106/161/177: Authorizing an Agency expenditure of $19,250 to the
California Housing Finance Agency as a commitment fee for reservation of
$550,000 in loan proceeds to provide affordable financing alternatives to
owners within Project Alpha.
4. 161/128: Receiving and filing the Financial Report dated September 30,
1984. MOTION CARRIED. (Agency Member Pickler was absent).
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Bay moved to adjourn. Agency Member Overholt
seconded the motion. Agency Member Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
