A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 2:00 p.m. on October 16, 1987, at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order at 1:45 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$106,042.74, in accordance with the 1987-88 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Bay, seconded by Agency
'°" Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161.107: Authorizing change orders to Contract C85-3, Anaheim City Center
Parking Structure, in an amount totalling $164,245 and authorizing the
Executive Director to execute said change orders.
End of Consent Calendar. Agency Member Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST:
No items of public interest were addressed.
161.158: AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF RELOCATION CLAIM ARA 865-OB: Submitted was
report dated October 12, 1987 from the Community Development Department
recommending payment of the subject relocation claim (Agrigold).
Lisa Stipkovich, Assistant Executive Director of Community Development. The
reason this item was placed on the agenda after the agenda was published was
due to the fact that staff was not aware of the urgency of the item which must
be approved this week.
BROWN ACT PROVISION: On motion by Agency Member Kaywood, seconded by Agency
Member Hunter, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency determined that the need to
act on the preceding item arose after the posting of the agenda for this
meeting, on Friday, October 16, 1987 at 2:00 p.m.; and consequently waived the

Agency Member Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
Agency Member Raywood moved to authorize payment of relocation claim ARA865-OB
as recommended in memorandum dated October 12, 1987 from the Community
Development Department. Agency Member Bay seconded the motion. Agency Member
Pickler absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Bay moved to adjourn. Agency Member Bay seconded
the motion. Agency Member Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED. (1:47 p.m.)
